By accessing or using the Flow platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services.

You must create an account to access most features of Flow. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate - Keep your login credentials confidential and secure - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

You may use Flow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: - Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Use the Service to process or store data in violation of applicable privacy laws - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform - Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written authorization - Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed your plan's task limits Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Your subscription plan includes a specified number of tasks per billing cycle. A "task" is counted each time an action node within a flow executes successfully. If you exceed your plan's task limit, your flows will be paused until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that engage in abusive or excessive usage patterns that adversely affect platform performance for other users.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you process through Flow. By using the Service, you grant Flow a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your workflow data, integration credentials, or execution payloads for any purpose other than operating the platform. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not received within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan and your flows will be paused. Prices may change with 30 days' prior written notice to registered users.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or that continued use poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
