Frequently asked questions
What counts as a task?
A task is counted once per node execution. So if a flow has 3 action nodes and runs 100 times a day, that's 300 tasks. Triggers and failed retries are not counted.
What happens when I hit my task limit?
Your flows pause until the next billing cycle resets your counter. You can also enable auto-upgrade so mission-critical workflows never stop running unexpectedly.
Can I manage automations for multiple clients?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans support isolated workspaces so you can build, manage, and audit flows for multiple clients or internal departments separately.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
